The Purbasthali-II Govt. ITI Institute of ITI’s Placement Department collaborates with the top employers in the field to offer ITI students entrepreneurial career prospects. Through several skill development efforts like soft skill development, leadership skills, and industry-oriented competences in addition to the delivery of pertinent subject knowledge, Purbasthali-II Govt. ITI boosts the employability factor of students. As a result, throughout time, Purbasthali-II Govt. ITI students have been hired by prestigious companies all over the world.

STUDENT PLACEMENT

 

The Purbasthali-II Govt. ITI Institute’s Training and Placement Unit actively works to support the students’ Training and Placements. The Training and Placement Cell, part of our Placement Wing, actively links potential employers and organises recruitment drives in line with the market trend of entry level recruitment scope in the nation. Over the years, reputable organisations from all around the nation have hired students from our institute. The Training and Placement Cell, run by a group of committed employees, works throughout the year to make connections with businesses to develop these opportunities for qualified students.

PLACEMENT PREPARATION

The Training and Placement Cell aims at imparting holistic training to the students to enhance their employability. These include :

  1. Organizing interactive seminars and workshops with industry professionals to make them aware of the industry ethics and culture and also to get a first hand idea about industry’s expectation during recruitment process
  2. Arranging Mock Interviews to build up confidence
  3. Technical and aptitude tests in line with industry norms
  4. Individual and Group counselling to make them aware of their strengths and weaknesses and to take corrective actions wherever necessary
